Garden Center Manager
Provide friendly and knowledgeable service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance regarding all plants and plant products for sale
- Help customers choose and locate the most suitable plants, answer plant questions and give any handouts pertaining to their purchases to ensure the highest level of success with our plants and products
- Awareness of plant locations, availabilities, varieties and types to assist customers efficiently
- Plant care: watering plants accurately, iany pests or diseases, weed plants, redesign displays, rearrange plants to fill the rows and keep plants looking their best
Requirements:
- Quick learning and efficient working in a fast-paced environment
- Present yourself in a professional way
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to be on your feet and perform physical activities during the majority of the workday
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs frequently and more weight occasionally
- Ability to work in inclement weather, especially warm temperatures and in the sun
- Must be available to work every other weekend or one weekend day every week

Retail Sales Associate
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance
- Aim to help the customer by showing them product they are looking for, helping them carry, cart, load, and purchase the product(s).
- Maintain clean retail area
- Restock and create displays to showcase products
Flexibility:
- Could also be trained to do merchandising or cashier if interested
Requirements:
- Quick learning and efficient working in a fast-paced environment
- Present yourself in a professional way
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to be on your feet and perform physical activities during the majority of the workday
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs frequently and more weight occasionally

Furniture Sales Associate
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance
- Aim to help the customer by showing them furniture they are looking for, helping them carry, load, and purchase the furniture.
- Complete proper documentation for customer orders/requests and fully versed on the POS system
- Increase sales through suggestive selling and tie-in sales
- Offer suggestions of furniture care and maintenance
- Ensure that the furniture has the proper tags and signage
- Maintain clean retail area
- Restock and create displays to showcase furniture
Flexibility:
- Could also be trained to do merchandising or cashier if interested
